COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Robo Cylinder RCP-RMAI-L-100-M-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rug products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robohand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rug such as the WaCo spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051CD3A02A1AS5KDM5Q4Q8 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLB25NB15 by Manufacturer Robohand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rockwell-Entek Brand 43781I in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rotork such as IQ10FA10B4 equipment made by Rotork have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotork products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotork" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RS114A made by Rorze as well as the popular 1151DP4S12S1E6M4B1 original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BH83 by Rugged-Handheld and IQ10FA10B4 spares by Rotork are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 269sAI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rowan-Elettronica. |
